"Wastong Nutrition Kailangan Lifestyle Diseases Iwasan"



Nutrition plays an important rule in our lives...!!!
We are again in the month of July or the so called "nutrition month", for us we already know that this is very important because we have to know that it has many things or benefits that is given to us...How we are going to enjoy our lives if we are not healthy enough to do the things that we want to do??!!! Yes, we must have a good nutritional habits like eating nutritious food and we must practice avoiding eating junk foods like the so called "chichirya" because we all know that some children or even us teenagers are fun of eating "chichirya" during our vacant period or merienda time!!!
We also Filipinos or even other country's are fun or practiced to used the "monosodium glutamate" or the so called "msg"..This "msg" are used in seasoning our foods or even in preserving our preservatives but we are not aware that this may affect our liver!!!
Wake up Filipinos and Let us Begin a good Nutritional Habit before our lives will ended!!!!
